  • Are all the integrations free on Domotz?
    We’ve worked really hard with our vendor partners and we are continuing to add more vendor partners all the time. All integrations are free on Domotz and can be enabled directly from the Domotz portal. We will be adding more free integrations in the near future.
  • Is Domotz really only $35/month per site?
    Yes, Domotz includes a very easy subscription model where you only pay $35/month per site. Each Domotz Agent is sufficient to monitor one entire network. Adding team members and all integrations are also free. There is no long-term contract or month-to-month billing and you can cancel anytime without incurring any penalties.
  • Do I need to buy additional hardware to install Domotz?
    Not at all, Domotz can be installed, using a single, small footprint piece of software known as the Domotz Agent, on existing hardware within the local network. You can monitor the network and an unlimited number of connected devices. You can install Domotz for free, with the most popular installation options being: Windows, NAS (ReadyNAS, QNAP, Synology), Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, Docker, or even a Raspberry Pi. If you do not have any PC/Server or NAS drive available, you also have the option to purchase our low-cost Domotz Box.
  • How many devices can I monitor per site?
    With a single Domotz Agent, you can monitor an entire management network with a /22 netmask, tens of additional VLANs, and multiple Layer 3 subnets. You can even monitor external IP addresses/hostnames. If you need to scan larger networks (e.g. Class B networks with /16 netmask), or customize the frequency of the scans, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Domotz Support team to find a custom solution for your company.
  • Is adding team members to Domotz really free?
