How much does Domotz cost for an MSP?
$35 per client site per month with no commitment. On a 12-month term the rate drops to $31.50 at 5 sites, $28 at 10, $25 at 50, $22.50 at 100, $20 at 250, and $17.50 at 500 or more. -
How do Domotz volume discounts work for MSPs?
Your rate is set by the number of client sites you commit to for 12 months, billed monthly. It is locked for the term, and our sales team sets it up with you. To reach a lower rate, commit to a higher site count for a new 12-month term. -
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can start at $35 per site per month with no term. Only the discounted rates need a 12-month commitment. -
Does one collector cover a whole client site?
Yes. One collector monitors the client's network, including multiple VLANs and up to 8 routed Layer-3 subnets. Every device on it is included. -
Will my price go up when a client adds devices?
No. Every site includes unlimited devices, so your cost per client stays the same as their network grows. -
Are PSA integrations, multi-tenant, and user roles included?
Yes. Every feature is included in the per-site price, including PSA ticketing, the multi-tenant view, and unlimited technicians with role-based access. -
What happens when I add or lose a client?
Add a collector for each new client site. You can remove a collector yourself any time in the portal. If you're on a 12-month volume commitment, our sales team can walk you through how changes affect your rate. -
Does Domotz monitor more than network devices?
Yes. Beyond switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, each collector monitors the IT and OT appliances on a client site, such as servers, storage, UPS and power units, printers, cameras, and building control systems, at no extra cost. -
