What is the deployment process for Domotz?
Choose from 16 deployment options and follow a quick tutorial to deploy the Domotz Collector in under 15 minutes and begin exploring all of the Domotz features.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No, we don’t charge any setup or onboarding fees. You can get started without worrying about extra costs.
Does Domotz offer free monitoring?
Domotz Free lets you manage one device at no cost and includes continuous discovery, identification, and status monitoring for unlimited devices across unlimited networks. To access advanced features such as SNMP monitoring, alerting, remote access, configuration management, and more, you will need to pay for and manage those devices.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment. Domotz Free allows you to discover unlimited devices for free. Managed Devices are sold in groups of 10, and you only need one group of 10 for $15 to continue using Domotz Pro after your trial.
What is the difference between Domotz Free and Domotz Pro?
There is no difference in the Domotz product itself between the Free and Pro plans. What changes is how many Managed Devices you have access to. In the Free plan, you get 1 Managed Device. You can discover, identify and see the device state of as many other devices as you want, but they won’t have the Managed Device functionality of alerts, remote access, configuration backup, and more. When you're ready to unlock those features for additional devices, you can purchase more Managed Devices.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you have full control over how many Managed Devices you would like to purchase and can easily increase or decrease that number, and the associated cost, within the Domotz product.
