What counts as a site?
One client network where a collector runs, such as an office, building, or campus network. Every device on it, from switches to displays and PDUs, is included. -
How do volume discounts work?
Commit to a number of client sites for 12 months, billed monthly, and your per-site rate drops: $31.50 at 5, $28 at 10, $25 at 50, $22.50 at 100, $20 at 250, and $17.50 at 500 or more. Our sales team sets it up. -
Are power cycling, remote access, and PSA ticketing extra?
No. Remote power management, remote access, alerting, and PSA ticketing are all included in the per-site price. -
Which AV, security, and power brands does Domotz support?
Domotz monitors any IP device on the network and adds deeper control for supported brands, including Crestron control systems, Samsung displays, ONVIF security cameras, Cisco Meraki and Ruckus access points, and PDUs from Middle Atlantic, WattBox, Panamax/BlueBolt, SurgeX, APC, and CyberPower. -
Does Domotz work with Q360?
