How much does Domotz cost?

How does Domotz pricing work?
Pricing is flat: $1.50 per managed device per month, sold in bundles of 10. Billing is monthly with no annual contracts. Device discovery, identification, and online/offline status are free for every other device on the network — you only pay for the devices you actively manage with alerts, remote access, configuration backup, and other Pro features.
Is Domotz cheaper than Auvik, PRTG, or SolarWinds?

Does Domotz charge per user or per device?
Domotz charges per managed device, not per user. You can invite an unlimited number of teammates, technicians, and read-only viewers at no extra cost. This is intentionally MSP-friendly — adding seats should never be the friction.
What is the minimum number of devices I can buy?
The minimum is one bundle of 10 devices, which is $15.00 per month. You can scale up by adding more bundles at any time.
What counts as a device?
A "managed device" is any device you choose to actively monitor with the full Domotz Pro feature set — alerting, configuration backup, remote access, SNMP polling, and more. Discovery, identification, network topology, and basic online/offline status are free for every other device Domotz finds on the network. You decide which devices to promote to managed status; the others stay free indefinitely.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
The trial gives you 14 days of full Domotz Pro access with unlimited managed devices and every feature unlocked. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can purchase one or more bundles to keep the devices you care about under management; everything else continues to be discovered and identified for free.
Can I add or remove device bundles anytime?
Yes. Bundles can be added or removed month to month directly from the Domotz portal. There is no annual commitment and no penalty for scaling down.
