Want to leverage your experience and Automation skills working in the Computer Observability Industry for an innovative, fast-growing company? If yes, this role might be for you: Domotz is now looking for a talented, passionate and motivated Business Automation Manager to join our amazing team! About Domotz: Domotz is a leading network monitoring and management platform helping IT professionals and MSPs gain visibility, control, and automation across distributed networks. As we scale, we’re investing in operational automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth. About the Role: As a Business Automation Manager at Domotz, you’ll drive the operational backbone of our Product-Led Growth strategy by designing smart, scalable automations that empower product, marketing, and customer success to move faster without engineering bottlenecks. You’ll work at the intersection of business operations, systems architecture, and workflow design - leveraging tools like n8n to orchestrate automations through a centralized logic layer, rather than scattered one-off system calls. You’ll play a key role in connecting data, tools, and teams - building flows that trigger off user behavior, power AI-driven personalization, and enable dynamic segmentation. Your work will help reduce friction across the user journey and scale how we support trials, onboarding, usage tracking, and upgrades. Responsibilities: Design and implement no-code/low-code automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, and Retool to support PLG workflows across the user lifecycle (e.g., trials, onboarding, upgrades). Architect centralized, event-driven workflows that reduce duplication and ensure system-wide consistency in user handling and behavioral triggers. Manage the intake and prioritization of Business Process Automation (BPA) requests, including effective communication with all stakeholders of strategy, projects, and tactics delivered, in progress, and backlogged. Act as the bridge between Product, Ops, and Engineering, translating growth opportunities and operational needs into scalable, maintainable automations. Automate user segmentation, tagging, and trigger logic based on product behavior, plan type, or account usage to power personalization and targeted experiences. Monitor, maintain, and continuously optimize automation logic for speed, reliability, and growth adaptability as usage scales. Partner with PMs and platform engineers to define what lives in product vs. automation layers, ensuring clean ownership boundaries. Document automation architecture and contribute to internal standards for system orchestration and lifecycle automation best practices. Requirements: 2-4+ years of experience in business operations, growth automation, or internal tooling. Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier); bonus for integrating with tools like HubSpot, Amplitude, or Segment. Strong understanding of API integrations, webhook architecture, and event-driven systems. Proven ability to design centralized, reusable workflows that avoid fragmented or one-off automations. Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and GTM teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to system reliability and scale. Familiarity with PLG tooling, customer data infrastructure, and lightweight scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL). Why Join Domotz? Work on critical operational systems at a fast-growing product company. Influence how automation supports scale, speed, and product-led growth. Own key tools and workflows while collaborating with a top-tier product and engineering team. Competitive salary and remote flexibility. Domotz is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Join us at Domotz and be a part of a team that's shaping the future of network management and security! All applications for this position must be submitted in English.
