As a Domotz Customer Success Manager, your main responsibility will be to help onboard customers, ensuring a positive experience and successful acquisition. Your main goal will be to help customers in adopting Domotz’s service. You will be helping new accounts and current accounts get a better understanding of how Domotz works and how to optimize continuous usage of the Domotz Service.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our awesome team! As a Domotz Customer Success Manager, your main responsibility will be to help onboard customers, ensuring a positive experience and successful acquisition.

Your main goal will be to help customers in trial with Domotz’s service convert into paid users, and to increase the adoption of the Domotz services. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical discussions. We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.

Domotz is a SaaS-based company that provides a tool to IT Departments, Managed Service Providers and Integrators in the Commercial and Residential A/V markets. Domotz brings efficiency and network awareness to these businesses and their customers/clients. Our software helps small to medium-sized businesses ensure the critical networking infrastructure that drives and supports their business is working as expected, 24/7/365. Customer Success Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Ability to hold a technical conversation discussing network configurations and common issues
  • Investigate opportunities and find out as much as possible before contacting potential leads
  • Identify the customers needs and translate Domotz’s value to those needs
  • Learn details about Domotz products and services
  • Explain how Domotz solutions align with customer pain points
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Report to the management team
  • Use a CRM to track progress with new prospects

Customer Success Manager requirements and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales role
  • Technical understanding of IP, VLANs, Subnets, and network infrastructure equipment (switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)
  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Proven record of success
  • The sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science, or similar degree
  • Master’s degree a plus
