Position Description:

Domotz is a SaaS-based company that provides a tool to IT Departments, Managed Service Providers and Integrators in the Commercial and Residential A/V markets. Domotz brings efficiency and network awareness to these businesses and their customers/clients.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our awesome team! As our Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users. You will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers. We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities:

  • Find prospects and leads
  • Market Research to develop warm leads
  • Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
  • Identify most important sales KPIs
  • Track and monitor your work
  • Learn details about our products and services
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Report to the management team
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects

Sales Associate requirements and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Sales Associate or similar role
  • Technical Understanding of Network Administration tools and services is a plus
  • Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • The sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company‚Äôs success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • High school diploma
  • BSc/BA is a plus
